Payment methods
The payment methods available in our store are:
- Cash on delivery (only for domestic shipments) – You pay upon arrival of your order, with extra delivery charge + € 2.00.
- Payment via PayPal – You will be automatically directed to PayPal in order to complete the payment there. You can do this either through your PayPal account or without a registered account using your card.
- Deposit in a bank account – Deposit the exact amount of your order in Aitaro Collective ‘s bank account, leaving a note with the order number associated to the order.

Shipping methods
For orders throughout Greece, orders are shipped with the courier company Speedex and the shipping charge is set at € 3.00. Delivery is expected in 2-5 days.
For orders delivered abroad, the cost of shipping depends on the weight and destination of the order, while a choice is offered between simple and express parcel. You will find case-specific information at checkout, while you can also contact us for any inquiries.
Please provide your telephone number at checkout, so that you will be updated with the status of your delivery.
Free shipping
We offer free shipping to domestic orders over 35€ and international orders over 180€.
Returns policy
Returns policy
Based on Law 2251/1994, you have the right to withdraw without any justification for purchases from our online store within 14 calendar days of delivery.
The request for withdrawal must be made electronically or in writing and the products to be returned must be in their original packaging (if any), in their original condition, have all the cards and labels, have not been washed and carry the legal receipt. Please contact us in case you wish to return a product.
In case of withdrawal, the amount of the value of the purchased products will be returned to you, as well as any initial shipping costs. Excludes additional costs that you may have chosen as an additional service in addition to the basic shipping method offered (eg cash on delivery).
You must return the goods at your own expense or deliver them to us, without undue delay and definitely within 14 days from the day you inform us of the return. The deadline is considered to be met if you return the goods before the end of the 14 day period.
Refunds are made through the same means of payment as used for the original transaction (unless otherwise agreed).
